 Dick has spent the vast majority of his working life in the printing industry. He and his wife Karen established KDV in 1974, and he has driven KDV into the 21st century with his entrepreneurial spirit and infectious passion for customer satisfaction.
Dick’s experiences and ability to find areas where KDV can continue to improve performance and build upon strengths is both invaluable and uncanny. His drive for KDV to be the best it can be is the life blood of the company.

Shane Vaughn President |

 Shane represents the second generation of family leadership at KDV. He has been involved in different capacities of the business since 1995. Shane currently oversees day to day operations with an emphasis on manufacturing, vendor relationships and quality.
Shane has brought a new dimension of management to KDV. He has injected KDV with his own thoughts and ideas, as well as good old fashioned hard work. His ingenuity and drive has helped move KDV forward into the 21st century. At the same time he helps to preserve the great fundamental principles of the KDV culture.

Karen Vaughn Vice President |

 Co-founding KDV in 1974, Karen has been intimately involved with the administration of the company since its inception. Karen has kept the business administration technology in line with the company's growing technology needs.
Karen’s common sense and caring approach to the business has made KDV a great corporate citizen with an excellent working environment for its employees.

Keith Seidel Vice President of Operations |

Keith has 40 plus years of production and management experience in the label printing industry. He has been with KDV since 1976.
Keith’s role as liaison between pre-press and production has driven KDV to exceptional quality levels and kept us in the forefront of flexographic printing.

Andy has been with KDV since 1999 after 10 years in Public Accounting. He graduated Cum Laude from UW Whitewater with a business administration degree. He is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Wisconsin Institute of Public Accountants. Andy’s practical knowledge and understanding of the printing industry is a great asset to the company.
